SUKKOT - Aries Full Moon

Updated: Feb 11

The first day of sukkot is as well the Full Moon in Aries.

Therefore I wanted to share with you some sacred knowledge about those different energies that you will maybe feel. Indeed, it is always good to understand the nature cycles and how they influence us, to be ready and observe whatever comes up, to welcome instead of repressing and judging.

Firstly, the moon will be in Aries, the sign of the Warrior, of ambition and showmanship.

The moon will be opposed to the sun that is in Libra, sing of the Pleaser, of being diplomatic and cooperative.

With Chiron, a minor planet called the Wounded Healer, this full moon could bring up deep insecurities and unhealed wounds. The key (shape of the Chiron symbol) is to bring our attention to our relationship with ourselves (focusing on what we think rather than what others think) and to heal ourselves by healing others (understanding the wounds of others and helping them heal will resonate with you).

It seems we will get an influence from the stars to be very direct, maybe abrupt, but yet authentic, so welcome it both from yourself than from others!

Secondly, Sukkot is the holiday of Joy “זמן ‏שמחתנו”.

It comes just after the 10 days of introspection, which ends with Yom Kippour and the Teshuva, where we are closer than ever to our true self, our essence and authentic identity.

During Sukkot we’re building and staying under a hut, outside of the house. This hut is supposed to be topped with branches that let us see the sky through.

Those branches are actually "trash," what's left from the fields, after the harvest. In the same way, we can imagine putting there our own "trash" from the previous year, all the unresolved events, the remaining doubts and difficulties.

We are invited this week to see the sky through those difficulties, to perhaps resolve them with this new perspective. The sky, the uni-verse, which make us take a step back and understand that everything is one, that each good or bad event is coming together to lead us towards our life path, our mission.

This is perhaps what can bring the most joy to us: knowing that all the events of our life have a meaning, and that through them, even the most difficult ones, we may always be able to see the sky through.

I invite you to meditate with more perspective, seeing the sky through the past deep wounds that Chiron will recall and the past year unsolved events, welcoming your raw and authentic emotions. To do so, here are guided meditations with sound healing specific frequencies that I recorded:
