Origin Frequency offers you various formats:

- TEDx style Lecture: 1 hour in total, 45 minutes explaining the different concepts and 15 minutes practicing a meditation.

- Team Building: from 1h30 to 3 hours, mindfulness exercices and talking circles to bring more wellness and consciousness to the workplace.

- Mindfulness Workshops: from 30 minutes to 2 hours, can be spontaneous or weekly, offering your employee a delicious break in order to be more focused and relaxed during they work day.
