Hi all and welcome into this space I created with love and mindfulness!
So here is a little bit about me:
I am a guide and instructor in Sound Healing and Jewish meditation, exploring the intersection of Jewish spirituality, womanhood and holistic wellbeing.
For over five years, I have been creating and facilitating women’s circles around the Hebrew calendar in Israel, as well as Rosh Chodesh gatherings, teachings, workshops and healing experiences.
I also accompany women through the meaningful stages of their lives - from marriage and Mikveh to pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Through personalised experiences such as writing Birkat Kallah speeches, hosting Hafrashat Challah gatherings at home, or offering moments of sharing, teaching and reflection at the Mikveh for brides, as well as through my books, the resources I share on my website and my private healing sessions, I seek to create spaces for connection, learning and meaning.
Through Sound Healing, meditation, rituals, writing, courses, e-books and gatherings, I explore different ways of making Jewish wisdom not only accessible to all women, but also alive, embodied and woven into everyday life.
My intention is to create spaces where women can learn, reconnect, gather and celebrate - with Jewish tradition as a source of wisdom, meaning and connection.
